At Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, we know that COVID-19 has brought with it some very difficult conditions. COVID-19 has been extremely disruptive, especially when it comes to businesses’ ability to trade and generate income.
We really appreciate that many businesses will be struggling with cash flow, which is why we’ve put in place the below temporary changes (since 23rd March) to help businesses:
• We are offering payment holidays and revised payment plans.
• We’re also stopping disconnection for non-payment.
• From 23rd March, and throughout the time a business is temporarily closed and is not occupied due to COVID-19, we will not charge you standing charges. However, we will still send bills for water and sewerage services used up to 23rd March.
